  • Pelvis, Core, & Shoulder Imbalances

    This workshop was inspired by the most popular videos I’ve put out on Reels and Tiktok. I can only explain so much in a 30-second video, and with all the follow up questions I got on those, I knew I had to do a deeper dive into some of these postural imbalances, and so a workshop was born! This workshop addresses three and a half (yes, you read that right) of the most common postural misalignments with a thorough explanation of each, and a deep-dive explanation of how you can begin to fix them. What imbalances are we talking about? The anterior pelvic tilt, posterior pelvic tilt, a quick detour to address that popping or snapping at the front of the hip that happens to a lot of us during core work, and finally finishing things off by addressing perpetually rounded shoulders. I’ll tell you what each of these looks and feels like so you can begin to identify these imbalances in your own body, why they happen, which muscles are likely to be underachieve and overactive, and of course, how to address those.This is about 80% talking and learning and 20% movement-- a total reversal of my previous workshops! You’ll learn a TON in this one and I’m so excited to bring you all this information.   • Vinyasa flow and how to fix all the poses you never feel like you’re doing “right”

    Also inspired by some of my most popular videos on social media over the past couple months, I’m bring you new ways of getting into your least favorite poses so they stop feeling awkward, uncomfortable or just plain painful.
